Typical HDMI Port replacements for PS5 and Xbox Series X are a flat rate of $200 with shipping included both ways.
Controller repairs are $60 for standard controllers and $100 for elite controllers.
Other faults such as no power have to be assessed first and we will quote you once we have determined the fault.
Shipping is free both ways. We will send you a shipping label to ship via Aust Post.

Once it is in Australian Posts hands we handle the rest right back to return shipping. Once the repair is complete we will organise payment and return shipping confirming your address.
We aim to get consoles fixed within a few days of recieving them however depending on demand it can take longer. We want to be a service that has super fast turn around time so we do as much as we can to address issues. If you need your console fixed ASAP we offer an expidited service for an additional fee of $55.
Yes!! Because our service is predominetly mail in we cant fford to do a terrible job or else we will have to be constantly having consoles shipped back and forth. So we take our time and get it 10000% right the first time. We test it, and test it, and test it before sending the console back. If within 6 months you have any issues on the work we do we will cover the cost.
That is fine. When we started we struggled to skill up on these repairs and everyone has their own start. Send it in and we will repair their work.
Not everything is repairable. Sometimes there is a board issue that we just cannot figure out. We clearly explain with photos and videos of why.
For the vast majority of repairs there is absolutely no need for us to ever reset a console. Things like HDMI port repairs and power supply replacements never warrent us to delete or reset consoles. For corrupted consoles that need to be reset you will natually lose your data.
This has to be the best place to get your console's fix I bought in my PlayStation 4 because of the HDMI port it took him about 3 days to fix because they had to work on other consoles that's a good deal but it's worth the wait he also fix my broken USB port for free I appreciate it alot, make sure to always support small business like repair lab.
My 4090 was victim to the Cable Mod adaptor melt in the 12VHPWR connector. I brought it to Summer at the Lab; he was friendly, knowledgable and quick to source the parts needed. Really knowledgeable and thorough. My laptop repair was a tricky one (who mounts the fan connector under the motherboard? Dell does, that's who) but with perseverance and great communication along the way, Repair Lab got it back on its feet

Summer managed to recover an encrypted drive from a NAS that had died. He was very patient and knowledgeable, which really helped me understand what the problem was. Can't recommend him enough.
Summer at Repair Lab repaired my coffee machine after the on/off switch went troppo. You package your repair with our instructions and drop it into your local post office. The post office will print the label for you.
We receive your repair and in most cases repair it on the spot. We may reach out for specific instructions.
We will send payment details after payment is received we will ship your console back to you.
